Neverway由Pedro Medeiros联合执导，他是Celeste和TowerFall以及Isadora Sophia背后的艺术家，Isadora Sophia以前是微软的高级软件工程师，他创造了游戏的谋杀引擎。曾在Celeste和TowerFall负责运营和社区的Heidy Motta也参与其中。Outersloth是Innersloth(我们中的一员)的资助机构，它正在资助这个项目。
